The staff of the organization come from environmental backgrounds where water, energy, food, and climate topics are the key themes of their work. ETMI aim is to capitalize the project by collaborating with rural communities, cities, private sector, and universities to nurture a circuit of support to mushroom farming and contribute to shaping the next generation of CEA operators in the agriculture sector.
