EKOFUNGI is an innovative, organically certified producer from Serbia of cultivated mushrooms and vegetable dry mixes, unique in the region and one of the rare in Europe. The company applies circular, emission-free and waste-free production of organic food for today’s responsible consumers, supporting livelihoods of local farmers. EKOFUNGI also organizes education in sustainable mushroom growing. Rooted in both science and practice, it provides participants with the firm knowledge base how to grow sustainable and profitable mushroom business. 25 years of experience of mushrooms-on-waste business was packaged into a comprehensive course. 71 participants from 37 business from 31 country participated in Ekofungi School up to now.
